How to reach us

All enquiries are handled by email: info@dorqelin.com

We answer within one business day in normal circumstances. We work Hong Kong hours, which run ahead of the United States, so a message sent during your afternoon is usually answered before your next morning. Weekends and Hong Kong public holidays add a day.

What to include

About an existing order: the order number from your confirmation email.
Damage or a fault: a photograph of the card as it arrived.
Before buying: the card name and what you need to know about it.

What email cannot do

We cannot take an order, change a payment method after checkout, or alter what is printed on a card. Orders go through checkout so that payment is handled securely, and every card is blank inside.

Formal or legal correspondence should be sent to info@dorqelin.com marked for the attention of the company secretary. A postal address for service is provided on request.
