Shipping policy

Dorqelin is a trading name of Eazy Trading International Limited. Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong SAR.

Processing time

Orders are packed within two business days of payment clearing. We do not pack on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays, so an order placed late on a Friday will usually leave on the following Monday or Tuesday. You receive a dispatch email with a tracking number when it goes.

Transit times are what we observe, not a guarantee. They begin when the parcel leaves us, not when you place the order, and they exclude customs delays. Rates are charged per order, not per card.

Packaging

Cards ship flat in a rigid mailer with the envelope tucked inside. We do not fold cards to reduce postage.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan; a number that has not updated yet is normal and is not a lost parcel.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot an error, email info@dorqelin.com immediately — we can change it before dispatch but not after. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address are refunded less the original shipping cost.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duty or local tax. United States orders ship with no duties collected at checkout; at these order values charges are uncommon but remain the recipient's responsibility if levied. Outside the United States, any customs charge is payable by the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for ten business days (United States) or twenty business days (elsewhere), email info@dorqelin.com. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, replace or refund the order.
