Terms of service

These terms govern your use of dorqelin.com and any order you place through it. The site is operated by Eazy Trading International Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR, trading as Dorqelin ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders

Adding an item to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch email, not when you receive the order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address given — and where we do, we refund in full and tell you why.

Products and descriptions

Every design is our own artwork, printed to our specification. Card sizes given on the site are approximate: trimming varies by a millimetre or two across a print run. Colours are described as accurately as we can, but inks on uncoated board read differently from a backlit screen, and no two monitors agree. Photographs are of the product itself.

Cards are blank inside unless a product page says otherwise. We do not print, write or insert messages on your behalf.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order. Payment is taken in full at checkout and handled by Shopify Checkout; we do not store card details. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate.

Delivery

Delivery times quoted anywhere on this site are estimates based on what we observe, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery terms are set out in full in our shipping policy.

Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, text and design on this site belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute or resell our card designs, in print or digitally, without our written consent. Buying a card gives you the card, not a licence to its artwork.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy content in bulk, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example a card arriving after an occasion has passed — and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including postal disruption, customs action, severe weather, typhoon signals in Hong Kong, or failures at our printer. Where such an event materially delays an order you may cancel it for a full refund.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
